"Bee The World's Generations in Bloom Program" is a heartwarming initiative that goes beyond our beloved beloved program of planting pollinator gardens and native bee housing. It is designed to benefit and engage individuals of our most vulnerable and tender ages, both children and seniors, specially those facing health challenges. Our goal is to create sustainable gardens and native bee housing that can be enjoyed and built in orphanages, foster care institutions and senior homes, while also extending our program to children's hospitals and burn units.
Our Approach
This program encapsulates the spirit of intergenerational connection and community support:
1. Multigenerational Gardens: We plant pollinator and vegetable gardens and install native bee housing, from public and corporate lands to private properties. These gardens become vibrant spaces for multiple generations to enjoy. Our vegetable gardens also allow everyone to connect with Mother Earth, and grow food for their subsistence while creating bonds and memories. The creation of these gardens sponsored by corporations and the community will help us build our gardens in orphanages, shelters, and public senior homes.
2. Hospital Outreach: To honor and uplift children facing health challenges, we extend our program to children's hospitals, especially those with pediatric cancer and burn units. Here, we want to plant gardens where possible and engage children in painting native bee housing, offering them a therapeutic and enjoyable experience.
3. Community Engagement: We invite individuals and organizations to join our cause. Whether through volunteering, donating, or providing resources to our farms, everyone can contribute to making these gardens and bee housing projects a reality.
